• Communications: Sending service-related notifications, transaction status updates, appointment reminders, and system alerts.

• Legal compliance: Complying with legal obligations, responding to legal requests, and protecting our rights.

4.1. Payment Processors

• Stripe: Credit and debit card payment processing. Receives financial data and identity information necessary for payment processing.
• Conekta: SPEI withdrawal processing. Receives CLABE and identification data to execute bank transfers.

4.2. Communication Services

• Resend: Transactional email delivery. Receives email address and notification content.
• Twilio: SMS delivery for OTP verification. Receives phone number.
• WhatsApp Business API: WhatsApp notifications. Receives phone number and notification content.

4.3. Infrastructure

• Firebase: Authentication, push notifications, and error reporting (Crashlytics). Receives device identifiers, authentication tokens, and usage data.
• MinIO: Document storage (identification images, service images). Receives files uploaded by users.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Security

We implement the following security measures to protect your information:

• Encryption in transit: All communications between your device and our servers use HTTPS/TLS.
• Encryption at rest: Sensitive data is stored encrypted on our servers.
• Bank CLABE: Your CLABE interbank number is encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Only the last 4 digits are visible in the interface.
• Card data: Conectee never stores or processes credit or debit card numbers directly. All card information is handled exclusively by Stripe and Conekta, PCI-DSS certified processors.

6. Data Retention

6.1. Active Accounts

Your personal information is retained while your account remains active on the Platform.

6.2. Deleted Accounts

Upon requesting account deletion, a 30-day soft-delete period begins. During this period, you may reactivate your account by logging in. After 30 days, your personally identifiable information (PII) is permanently anonymized.

6.3. Transaction Records

Financial transaction records are retained in anonymized form after account deletion, as necessary to comply with legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

7. Account Deletion

You may request account deletion at any time from the application settings. The process is as follows:

• The request initiates a 30-day grace period (soft delete).
• During the 30 days, you may reactivate your account simply by logging in.
• If there is a balance in your wallet, a final payout will be processed to your registered bank account, without applying the usual minimum withdrawal threshold.
• After 30 days without reactivation, your personal information is permanently and irreversibly anonymized.

8. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Conectee LLC is incorporated in Wyoming, United States. Your personal information may be processed and stored on servers located in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

By using the Platform, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and other jurisdictions that may have data protection laws different from those in your country of residence.

9. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we discover that we have collected information from a person under 18 years of age, we will delete such information immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

Conectee reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Significant changes will be notified to users through the Platform or by email. The date of the last update is indicated at the beginning of this document.

Continued use of the Platform after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
